Comprehensive School Neuropsychological Evaluation: $5,500

Designed for children with complex questions involving learning, attention, executive functioning, social development, emotional functioning, or overlapping concerns.

Psychoeducational Evaluation: $3,500

Designed for questions primarily related to academic achievement and learning differences.

Educational Consultation: $250/hour

For review of existing evaluations, educational planning, or guidance regarding next steps.

Middle Child Eval is a private-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly.

Families may request documentation that can be submitted to their insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Middle Child Eval is committed to improving access to comprehensive evaluation services. A limited number of reduced-fee evaluations may be available for families experiencing financial barriers.
